I draw upon a wealth of personal and professional experience, including my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara where I deepened my coaching skills. The Hudson Institute has been providing coach training to leaders, consultants and business owners for over twenty years and is often termed ‘The Harvard of Coaching Schools’. It is one of the oldest schools in the business and has enjoyed a reputation as one of the best. I am credentialed by the International Coach Federation.
I have 14 years of Human Resources experience at Johnson & Johnson. In my current role as an HR Director, I am leading a long-term career development project focused on engaging employees at all levels of their career journey and taking an individualized approach to each employee's needs and desires for their career. I have supported sales, marketing, health economics, medical affairs, quality, regulatory, supply chain, finance and marketing clients in the biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors throughout my career. I have broad HR experience supporting clients in leadership development, organizational health, succession planning, change management initiatives and in-depth consultative support.
